Q: What is required to book?
Valid Credit card is required.
$500 Deposit is required for big houses (7-, 8-, 10- person)
Q: When is payment due?
Final payment is due at check-out.
Q: Do prices include tax?
Yes, all rates include tax.
Q: Can I change my dates?
Yes, if we have availability. Changes may be subject to fees depending on timing.
Q: What types of payments do you accept?
CASH is king & Checks are A-Ok!
Credit & Debit Cards are acceptable; be prepared to pay an extra 3.5% processing fee.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
4- OR 6- Person Sleepers:
Cancellation less than 2 weeks to Arrival Date, $400 Cancellation Fee Per Sleeper House will be charged to your card on file.
7-, 8-, OR 10- Person Sleepers:
*Cancellation greater than 2 weeks to arrival date, deposit held up to 1 year for future reservation.
*Cancellation less than 2 weeks to arrival date, deposit will be forfeited.
No Call / No Shows:
Full Reservation Amount will be charged to your card (this includes day house rentals).
